- I’ve worked in cosmetics for about nine years now, and I’ve been an enthusiast and an addict for as long as I can remember. I’ve worked in a research and development lab creating cosmetics and skincare products. I’ve also worked in product development and innovation for two big name companies, and have now landed in my home –in the Business Planning department of a major cosmetics giant.
