WOW FOXY!!!!

I absolutely love Megan Fox on the cover of Cosmo. It seems she's thrown in some light brown highlights into her luscious hair and it really gives her a prettier and warmer look!

The makeup artist also gave her a brown smokey eye - still sexy but again, warmer and friendlier than the super dark hair and eye makeup all the time. Gorgeous!!!!

Scented Nail Polish - With Cupcakes!

My 2 favorite things – makeup and baking ha! These little guys were a total impulse buy at TJ Maxx – only $5! As you can see, I got what a paid for and the polish is very streaky and crappy. I didn’t expect it to be great quality of course, I just thought they were too cute to pass up! They’re scented – the purple smells like grape soda =)

Introducing...Tom Ford Black Orchid lipstick!!!!!! (and my face)

It's vampy and dark, totally not a shade I would usually wear.

But I felt kinda bad ass wearing it!

A bit difficult trying to capture the true color, but I tried.

I'm honestly in LOVE with the TF packaging!

It has some weight behind it, making it so luxurious!

I had the nerve to wear it out to the bars in the city on Saturday night

Totally a change up but sometimes that's good right?

My friends loved it - they were calling me Kelly Bundy from Married with Children

(I guess I do look a bit 90's biker chick huh? haha)

Plus - it's a Tom Ford lipstick. Yeah, i'm THAT excited.

Double Winged Liner - Such Eye Candy!

I think this trend is so NOW and bitchin! I haven’t attempted the look on myself quite yet, but I really want to! Do you guys think this is look is wearable for daytime? Maybe if I just used the black liner and a solid colored eye shadow it wouldn’t look too intense for work. What do you guys think? Cool trend or too out there?

Cougar Attack

New polish!! Not the greatest painting job on my part, but I really love this color! It's my first nail polish by Spoiled and it's called Cougar Attack haha. I picked it out because it looked like a reddish OPI color i've been wanting - but after applying two coats it looks more on the copper side than red. But I still really like it! I don't own a color like it so i'm happy with the results.

Best Curling Iron?

Hi dolls! Does anyone own a curling iron that they really love? I've been on a "I want to curl my hair" kick lately. I think I need a curling iron that's really powerful - usually when I attempt to curl my hair it just falls flat and limp - ugh.

Anyone have a brand or specific curling iron they suggest? You guys always have such great ideas!! xoxo

Your Lips Will Love You

After searching far and wide for the very best lip balm for winter lips, I had almost given up hope. Lip balms that are too sticky, chapsticks that didn't work, $25 lip balms that were not worthy (like Fresh's Sugar Advanced Lip Therapy (click here for post).

I've seen my boyfriend use this Vaseline Lip Therapy, and decided to try it out (he said he got it in his Christmas stocking and used it since he was a kid, so cute!) What the hell, right? I know it doesn't seem like the most exciting beauty product ever but let me tell you - it WORKS and that's the most important thing.

After using my boyfriend's for about a week, I went to the drugstore and bought 2 for myself. In just over a week, I already see a drastic difference in how my lips look and feel. No dry skin or gross flaking, just pretty smoothness! I had also pumped the brakes on wearing lipstick lately, since my lips were in such bad shape. And dark lipstick on damaged lips has got to be one of the worst offenses ever in my book.

Thanks to this little product of awesomeness, my lips are back to normal and I couldn't be happier. And it's all thanks to my kick ass boyfriend (I know he is eating this up). I guess even a beauty addict can be taught something new, right? It's cheap, you can buy it at any drugstore, and trust me your lips will thank you!
